Role Description
As the PMO Manager, you will lead the Project Services team, overseeing project coordination, governance, and administration within customer environments. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, managing multiple initiatives, and improving customer experience through structured project management methodologies.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Direct Reports: Project management professionals
Key Collaboration: Service Desk, Field Services, Network Operations Centre, Solution Architects, and Services Support teams
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Project Services team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project management frameworks, ensuring effective governance and coordination.
Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders.
Establish and implement project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Oversee the master project schedule, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role.
Proven leadership experience in an IT services environment.
Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and process improvement.
Qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience implementing business improvements in project delivery.
Knowledge of IT service environments and operational challenges.
