About the role
Our client is a UK-based SaaS company that has recently secured seed funding to expand its operations internationally. Trusted by Managed Service Providers (MSPs) globally, their solution standardizes Microsoft policies across multiple tenants, driving significant operational savings while enhancing security and compliance for each client.You will be one of three founding members of the APAC team. You will have an opportunity to be the second technical person on the ground and help the business establish and experience the 'build' phase of their APAC business.Responsibilities:Pre-Sale & Post-sales: Work closely with the sales team as part of the presales process. Lead the post-sale deployment of Microsoft 365 policiesSubject Matter Expert: Be a M365 Consultant & discover and tailor best-practices for the configuration, deployment and management of policies for both our MSP partnbers and their end-user clients.Technical Leadership: Provide pre-sales technical support and assist in developing the technical roadmap. Address technical support requests through our ticketing system and collaborate with MSPs to enhance solution offerings.Engagement & Training: Drive solution adoption across our client base. Create and deliver technical workshops demonstrating the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft 365 policies.Required Expertise:Experience:3+ years in a partner environment2+ years in design & deployment of M365 solutions with a comprehensive understanding of policy management.Proficiency with Microsoft Entra / Azure AD, Intune, Defender (Must have)Preferred Expertise:Relevant certifications like MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) and MS-102.Key Attributes:Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities & ability to do requirements analysisStrong leadership skills with experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.Capability to act as an industry thought leader on progressive topics relating to Microsoft’s roadmap.Convinced?
