Partner with the sales team to guide prospective customers through the pre-sales journey, from discovery to product demonstrations and technical validation.
Serve as a product expert, ensuring customers fully understand and see the value of the platform during evaluations.
Work closely with prospects to craft tailored solutions that solve their business challenges, setting the stage for successful deal closure.
First Pre-sales hire in Sweden – play a key role in shaping and expanding the function, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role.
What you should bring along 🎯
3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering, ideally in ITSM, ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from system owners to C-level executives.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud services, and integrations.
Fluent in Swedish & English.
