Size and functions of local team: 100+ FTE, 30 in London, 1 in Marketing
Role description:
You'll own the global GTM strategy, positioning, messaging & content
You'll do market research, design GTM strategy, create impactful content
Help define how the product connects with partners, customers, industry
Key metrics; reach, engagement, consumption and conversion of content
Very dynamic, creative, high-impact position, reporting directly to the CPO

Founded 2018, now 100+ FTE, expecting 2X again this year
Raised a $50mio Series A (Balderton) & $70mio Series B round
Small deals are <$300k, medium $1mio, large $3mio to $25mio
Leading the web3 revolution, well positioned, high growth industry
Product-driven approach, main USP is compliance, do it by the book
Must haves:
3-5 years relevant experience (Product Marketing & Content Creation)
Exceptional storytelling, communication and writing skills
Hands-on, domain expert, self-starter, high accountability
Need to be genuinely interested in the crypto/web3 space
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the crypto/web3 space
Start-up experience, scrappy environment
Salary range & secondary benefits: £70-90k base + equity
Hiring process:
Introduction video call (30 mins) with CPO
F2F meeting with CPO & CPeO
Final F2F and case stud with CPO & CEO/Founder
