Role Description:
You'll work as part of a team of 3 Project Consultants, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines elements of recruitment consulting and customer success management. You will handle intake calls for new projects or roles brought in by Account Managers, leveraging the company's tech platform to connect clients with the best possible freelancers and ensuring client satisfaction.
