Product: SaaS solutions and professional services tailored for higher education institutions, focused on student experience and commercial optimisation.
Size and functions of local team: 100 employees; part of a larger global software network.

Role description:

Vertical: Higher education institutions.
Buyer persona: Directors of operations, operational users, and senior stakeholders.
Deal sizes: £15-20K per SaaS solution; similar for professional services; multi-product sales can reach £50K+.
Deal cycles: Target-driven annual cycles, divided into quarterly targets.
Focus: Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients; no new logos.
Key responsibilities: Consultative selling, identifying pain points, advising strategic solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
Target: £350K ARR + £400K in professional services revenue.
Collaboration: Close work with Customer Experience Managers to unblock issues and renew contracts.

Salary & benefits:

Base salary: £50-55K (lower for junior roles).
OTE: £80-90K+ (uncapped commission structure).

Hiring process:

Initial remote interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes).
Second-stage interview with the manager and mentor (in-person).
Final-stage interview with senior leadership and HR.
