About the role
The Sales Enablement Manager will lead the Sales Enablement function and together with your team you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with everything they need to succeed - including onboarding, training, and ongoing support in areas like lead sourcing, CRM management, and lead generation. You should also drive accountability within the commercial team and follow up on training.This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the unique needs of B2B sales and customer success in fintech, is data-driven, and can develop programs that increase productivity and performance across the sales organization.Convinced?
