Role Description:
This role focuses on acquiring new businesses within the carrier/logistics space. It involves end-to-end sales responsibilities, including generating their own client pipeline. While there is support from Business Development Representatives (BDRs), the salesperson is responsible for building their own pipeline. Once a deal is closed, it is then handed over to the Account Management team.
- 90% hunting, 10% farming
- Carriers and Freightfowarders as client
- Different sized accounts
Must haves:
- 3 + years of closing/hunting sales experience in Logistics
- Hunting, proactive, and high in energy
- Good tenures / no job hoppers
Nice to haves:
- Logistics SaaS background/knowledge
Package:
80K base + 25K commission
Company car or car allowance +/- 800,- PM
WFH allowance
