Role description:
• Selling custom software projects to financial institutions
• Engaging with senior profiles in large banks
• Consultative sales: understanding client needs, positioning software projects
• Internal stakeholder management with technical teams
• No traditional sales target; focus on building relationships and securing projects
• Deal sizes range from €10K to multi-million
Must haves:
• Several years of IT consultancy/software development sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to add value in conversations
• Intelligent, curious, and energetic
• HBO+ education level
• Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to haves:
• Payments industry experience
• German language skills
Salary range & secondary benefits:
• €90K base salary (no bonus)
• Holiday allowance
