Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
This is a transactional outbound sales role targeting small to mid-sized B2B companies in the DACH region and beyond. The company has a long history in the B2B space and is currently enhancing its marketplace offering through global traffic partnerships. You will own a high-volume cold calling motion with a strong focus on prospecting, appointment setting, and deal closing—all by phone.
Buyer persona: B2B SMEs (decision makers, company owners, procurement leads)
Sales motion: High-volume cold calling and phone-based closing
Leads: Provided via outbound lists; no lead generation required
ACV: €3.5K–€4K
Annual revenue target: ~€300K
Activity expectations: 50+ calls monthly, 10% conversion rate on total outreach

Must haves:
Native or business-fluent German
First experience in sales (internship, working student, or junior rep welcome)
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Target-driven, confident, and comfortable with performance pressure
Self-motivated, structured, and resilient in rejection-heavy environments
Strong communication skills and ability to “sell themselves” in the first call
Nice to haves:
1–2 years outbound sales experience in a transactional environment
Experience in cold calling or telesales
History of exceeding sales targets or KPIs
Prior exposure to fast-paced sales teams or volume-based sales motions
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base Salary: €25K–€35K (depending on experience)
Variable: €25K–€30K (uncapped)
OTE: €60K–€65K
Top performers earning €100K+
Guaranteed commission:
6 months for juniors
3 months for mid-level/senior hires
