Size and Functions of Local Team:
Currently 4 sales representatives.
Plan to grow the team to 10-12 members, with future expansion into Belgium.
Role Description:
Lead the sales team, focusing on acquiring and managing restaurant partnerships.
Target market: Restaurants within the hospitality industry, using a "land and expand" strategy to build long-term client relationships.
Field Sales Role:
Weekly target: 4 new restaurant signings.
Player-coach role, balancing hands-on sales with team management.
Opportunity to transition into a more strategic management role as the team grows.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through strategic planning and team performance improvements.
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to boost visibility and foot traffic.
Must-Haves:
2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a team lead or player-coach role.
Strong motivation and hands-on mentality, with a “roll up the sleeves” approach suited for a door-to-door sales motion.
Native Dutch Speaker
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in hospitality or related field.
Commercial mindset and experience in partnership-building.
