WFH policy: 3 days office (remote 1 week per half year - via Workflex outside of Germany)

Size and functions of local team: 4 SDRS (Munich) + 1 SDR (Austria) + SDR Teamlead - 12 AEs incl + 6 teamleads
Role description:
- Doing outbound pipeline generation for the target market and accounts in Germany
- Setting 10 meetings per month
- Doing discovery calls (for more senior SDRs)
- Selling hardware + Software solutions
- Target attainment: did over 100% in 2023, this year a bit less due to 2 people who left and maternity leave
- Company performance of sales:
○ Growth rate: doing solid in Germany, overachieving outside of Germany (80% is considered good)
○ Series A
○ Profitability is very close

Salary range & secondary benefits: 40K - 47,5K base + bonus
(bonus over each booked meeting - uncapped) + 100% kicker
