Size and functions of local team: 1 SDR + 1 AE + 1 Country lead / AE
Role description:
You will be part of a new sales team in Germany to tackle and penetrate a huge market for a highly succesful business from the Netherlands.
Dealsizes: 300-500 MRR
Dealcycles: 3-4 weeks
Focus is on Business development as part of the growth contract
KPI = booking outbound meetings for the AE’s 15-20 meetings per month after ramp (1 meeting a day - 25 - 50 calls + emails)
Use Apollo to run sequences and reach out to leads
Will be trained with Sarwat (Country leader)
Unique about the company (that you don’t read online:
Company is bootstrapped and does over 12 million in ARR, the founders have built and sold several SaaS companies
They run on iDeal which is the cheapest payment solution in Europe (cheaper than Sofort, Klarna, PayPal, etc.) and this is now legalized in June in 2024 in Germany, which makes it the perfect timing for them to enter the DACH market.
As the team grows, for whoever has the ambition, there’s a growth path to becoming Country Manager.

Growth perspective:Growing into an AE role and being trained by Sarwat. Will be an SDR at least for 6+ months
Must haves:
6-12months SaaS SDR experience
Already living in Cologne or nearby (Dusseldorf, Wuppertal, Bonn).
People who have cold call experience or very strong aptitude and willingness to do cold calls(don’t want to teach them from scratch how to do cold calls)
Tele sales / Door2Door Sales
Need to have the stamina & grit to do 50 cold calls a day (manage expectations)
Nice to haves:
1. Fintech affinity
2. Someone who is strongly independent and self-motivated. Sarwat has limited time to train / onboard.
