Role description:
AE
Deal size: €10–20K
Target: €150K per quarter
Segment: Full-cycle outbound AE with BDR/inbound support
Responsibilities: Input on product, process, and team development
BDR
Focus: 90% outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Approach: Scripting and outreach ownership, iterative testing
Track: Founding team member status with fast progression to AE
Growth perspective: EMEA team scaling from 5 to 25 FTEs by end 2026, with plans for 5+ middle managers. Early joiners can grow into leadership roles.
