Size and functions of local team:
2 remote SDRs and 1 SDR on site + SDR leader.
Role description:
90% coldcalling role
Senior SDRs should make 50 calls per day
15-18 SAO/demos per month is the target

Must haves:
1+ years of SaaS experience in a SDR-role, Candidate should know their way around cold calling and CRM
Native German
Good track record (reaching 80% consistently)
Strong team player
High motivation - people that want to get to know the customer and becoming AE in the future
Salary range & secondary benefits:
SDR - 45-50K + 15K (achievable targets and uncapped commission)
