WFH policy: 50% working from home – only during the first 6 months there would be more on site

Product: Workforce management solutions (for frontline / blue-collar workers)
Size and functions of the local team: 1 head of Sales Benelux, 2 Enterprise Account Executives, 1 SMB Account Executive, 2 Presales, 5 IT-Consultants
Role description: You'll be the first Dutch SDR, with great growth potential.
- You focus on setting outbound opportunities
- You do research on leads, and prospect to companies via multiple ways (fairs, events, cold calling, emailing, social selling)
- You do qualification calls to discover if prospects might be a good fit for ATOSS
- Work closely with AE's, learn and grow into an AE position in 12 months.
- You report to the Head of Sales Benelux (Remco) and get an AE as a buddy that will both train you

Must haves:
- 3+ months of b2b outbound experience at minimum (cold calling)
- Technical affinity
Nice to haves:
- SaaS SDR experience
- french or Swedish language skills on a C1 level – Spanish could be interesting as well
Salary range & secondary benefits: 36K base up to 42K base + 9 - 28K bonus
