MD (Jan Willem), 0 SDRs (hiring 2) and 5 AEs, 1 AE for Belgium, 1 Channel Manager, 3 CSMs and 1 pre-sales

Role description:
Focused on potential partners in Europe.
Sweet spot for channel: between 50 and 1.000 FTE.
Focus on both Cyber Security resellers and MSPs.
90/10 outbound vs inbound (from email campaign)
Mix of calls and personalized email (whatever works for you)
Hubspot (also to build sequences), LinkedIn, Lucia.
Target: 40 meetings booked per month for the Channel Manager.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
36-45K base (incl) + 12K
25 vacation days + 2 extra vacation days, July/August work 7 hours per day, once/week an hour off + yearly company trip
