Role description:
Typical SDR role. 20 connected calls a day, 75 demos planned per year.
Personal Development: move into Account Executive after 12-24 months and then into Senior Account Executive after 12-24 months depending on performance.
Must haves:
NO Experience needed
Hungry juniors (fresh out of college would be fine)
Character: Ambitious, coachable, goal-oriented, performance-driven
Nice to haves:
Ideally some experience in cold calling
