Role Description:
Leading a team of 5-6 SDRs
Coaching, guiding, and directly working with SDRs to enhance pipeline development.
Create a pipeline development strategy with your manager
Run accurate forecasting reports
For 20% of the time you are hands-on doing cold calls yourself, being with the team to lead by example.
Work closely with the Marketing and AE's to align on continuously improving the sales process
Details:
Deal size: €500K–€750K in Travel Volume (GMV).
Annual contract value (ACV): €15K per year, with typical 2-year contracts.
Sales cycle: ~60 days.
Average customer tenure: 10 years.
Pricing: Monthly fees plus transactional volume fees.
CAC payback: 1.5 years.

Must-Haves:
2 + years of experience in B2B tech sales as SDR or full-cycle AE (with prospecting exp. included)
1+ years in leadership or coaching roles.
Experience in start-up/scale-up environments.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record of individual contributor success.

Experience scaling and hiring teams in fast-paced environments (e.g., growing a team from 2 to 10).
