Role description:
Typical AE role - focus on hunting and closing deals
500K ARR target (new logo + upsell)
ACV: 45K ARR
Cycle: 9 months (working on getting this shortened)
Focused on enterprise customers
Buyerpersonas = head of engineering / interior design directors/ budget owners can be the board
Generating pipeline yourself + SDR support + Marketing support
Unique about the company (that you don't read online):
Close to getting to B round (really scaling sales) which comes with a lot of growth perspective
Must haves:
3+ years of closing experience and a true hunter
Strong pipeline creation rigor
Vertical experience (having sold into aviation, heavy-duty machinery, manufacturing, and automotive)
Mechanical Engineering knowledge (can tell to these buyer personas)
Need to prove their domain knowledge
Has a background in this or sold to these buyer personas
Willingness to work in a start/scale-up with limiting sales enablement

Salary range & secondary benefits:(70/30 split)
Intermediate 50 - 64K base + 65K - 83K OTE
Experienced 61 - 83K base + 79K - 108K OTE
Advanced: 77 - 104K base + 100K - 135K OTE
