Role description: As the first Senior AE you’d be responsible for:
Build pipeline and grow revenue
Help shape the sales process by capturing repeatability and predictability in the GTM motion
Target/KPI: 960K ARR annually / 80k per month
Deal size/cycle: ACV 40-60K ARR, 3-4 months cycle
PG % & support: 90% self-generated pipeline, 10% marketing support + inbound leads
Buyer persona: Head of Service (responsible for after-sales and spare part business)

Must haves:
5+ years b2b SaaS sales experience
Having sold similar deal sizes (40-60K ACV)
Strong hunter mentality and proven track record in building pipeline
Having worked in a start / scale-up environment with little sales support.
Proven tenure of 2+ years at least for the last 3 companies.
Personality traits: Founder mentality/willingness to build things (naturally curious, resilient, teamplayer, highly accountable), being motivated of that very early stage

Salary range & secondary benefits: 190K OTE (50/50 split) + benefits
