Size and functions of local team:
1 head of growth
1 full time SDR + interns
2 account managers(full cycle sellers)
Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
Focused on SMB + a few mid/enterprise clients
Managing demos, closing free cooperation contracts
Heavy post-sale onboarding & activation responsibility
Sales cycle: 30 days
High efficiency and account management
AE - average deal sizes, target, sales methodology, inbound vs self-gen opportunities:
€40–60K avg. account value
Sales hygiene critical: urgency, notetaking, structured process
Activation-based metrics
Senior:
1–3 years of SaaS sales experience
Fluent in sales process: urgency creation, objection handling
Strong organisational & follow-up skills
Owns accounts through onboarding
Unique about the company (that you don't read online (USPs to the candidate):
Rare mix of B2B2C and installer activation
Faster sales cycles than typical SaaS
High-level ownership within a growth org
Growth perspective: Continued career trajectory within AE/Senior or team lead roles
Must haves:
1–3 years SaaS sales experience
Strong demo/closing skills
Fluent in German

Construction or climate industry experience
Passion for renewable energy sector
Salary range & secondary benefits:
€100K OTE (up to €70K base) Up to a 70/30 split)
