Role Description
Title: Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Focused on new business: 80% new logo acquisition, 20% expansion
Targeting large enterprises with complex software environments (BFSI, Retail, Telco, Logistics, ISV)
Selling directly and through strategic partners (Big 4, BCG, GSIs, hyperscalers like AWS, Microsoft, Google)
Engaging with senior stakeholders: CxO, VP Enterprise Architecture, VP ADM
Managing high-value, complex deals
Initial deals: $50K–$100K ARR
Expansion potential: $1M+ ARR
Building market presence in UK and DACH for their flagship Software Intelligence product

Must-Haves:
5–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
Experience selling via Tier 1 consulting firms (Big 4, GSIs)
Background in selling complex, mission-critical platforms (e.g. Zscaler, Celonis, Snowflake, Databricks)
No experience in HR-tech, MarTech, PropTech, GreenTech, etc.
Familiarity with cloud migration, modernization, and enterprise transformation
Proven track record in landing and expanding large enterprise accounts
Hands-on, high-performing “A-player” mentality with category-building experience
Nice-to-Haves:
Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Telco, Logistics, or ISV
Compensation & Benefits:
DACH: €240K–€280K OTE
