About the role

This is a senior individual contributor sales role focused on enterprise infrastructure solutions (Dell, but including Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, Azure, App Dev, and Managed Services).

You’ll work closely with a small but growing local team, a national pre-sales engine, and Dell’s local and national account teams.

You’ll inherit a warm patch with high-potential accounts and a supportive channel ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts
- Position and sell Dell Infrastructure, including compute, storage, Opex (consumption-based), and complementary services
- Engage in joint account planning and opportunity execution with Dell reps
- Work closely with pre-sales (locally and interstate) to qualify and scope complex infrastructure and transformation deals
- Cross-sell managed services, Microsoft consulting, low-code and AI-driven solutions

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in enterprise infrastructure sales
- Background in Dell technologies essential (channel or vendor)
- Strong EQ – able to build trust with customers and vendor partners
- Experience in QLD market, ideally with relationships Dell and mid-enterprise customers in QLD
- Capable of working with pre-sales and delivery teams to translate client problems into technical solutions
- Able to thrive in a high-performance, scaling environment – not a cushy patch, but lots of greenfield opportunity

Compensation:
Base: $125K + $15K car allowance
OTE: ~$320K at target
Uncapped: Top performers earning $500K–$550K+
