Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $125,000 base + OTE/Bonuses (OTE ~$320,000; uncapped potential $500,000–$550,000)
Additional Benefits: $15,000 car allowance, water-view office with amenities, high-trust team environment

Role Description
This is a senior individual contributor sales role focused on enterprise infrastructure solutions. You’ll work with a warm and high-potential client patch, leveraging national pre-sales capabilities and deep vendor partnerships to drive growth across infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.

Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: Local account teams, national pre-sales, and vendor partners (particularly Dell)

Responsibilities

Acquire new logos and expand within existing accounts

Position and sell Dell infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, Opex-based models)

Execute joint account planning and sales strategies with Dell representatives

Qualify and scope complex deals alongside pre-sales teams

Cross-sell Microsoft consulting, managed services, low-code, and AI-driven solutions

Requirements
Must-Haves:

Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure sales

Background in Dell technologies (channel or vendor side)

Strong relationship-building and emotional intelligence

Familiarity with the Queensland market and local enterprise clients

Ability to work closely with pre-sales and delivery to shape technical solutions

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, or Azure-based offerings

History of performance in high-growth, high-accountability environments
