Role Description
This role focuses on owning and executing the social media strategy to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and product visibility across multiple channels. As the Social Media Manager, you will be both a hands-on content creator and a strategic contributor, shaping the brand’s voice in the AI and developer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube
Manage the content calendar, aligning with product launches, events, and community trends
Create compelling posts and collaborate with designers for on-brand visuals and videos
Engage with developer and AI communities, and build influencer relationships
Track performance metrics and produce actionable, data-driven reporting
Must-Haves:
5+ years in social media management within SaaS, open-source, or developer tools
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions)
Platform expertise across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience generating strategic insights from data and building reporting frameworks
Exceptional writing skills with a creative and analytical mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
Understanding of AI, computer vision, or developer community dynamics
Background in influencer marketing or community growth in technical domains
