Role: Senior AE (Ent)Location: Berlin
Language: Native German + English
WFH policy: Hybrid - 3 days in office. More presence initially. (Preferably in-office. Partly working from home is acceptable but focus should be in-office.)

Product: The client provides digital solutions for e-signatures, document workflows, and secure identity verification (authentification), streamlining operations and enhancing user experiences.
Size and functions of local team: 1 person atm. New office in Berlin at the beginning of next year.
8-10 people in various roles in total then.
Role description:
Senior AE role with a lot of NB focus on the automotive vertical. Must build a good GTM plan towards automotive (they're strong in this segment in the Nordics already). Lots of PG focus. Participate on events, collaborate with marketing. Has central agreements with existing customers, so good farming potential.
Direct sales + partner + onboard and activated. Working towards enterprise size companies with supporting functions.
ACV - 5-50K ARR. Some deals might go above 100K+ Land deals in this area. Expand much bigger. Combination of smaller and bigger deals.
DC - 3-6 months
Quota - 550 - 600K€ (ramp included)

Must have:
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Selfstarter - New business mentality.
Strong at PG (outbound sales)
Land & Expand experience
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of direct sales experience
Automotive experience
Worked with partners in the past (strong ecosystem in this industry)
SaaS experience (or great network in automotive)
Public speaking experience
Compensation:
Budget: 78-84K base + 60K commission (uncapped, % of ARR + multipliers)
