Size and functions of local team:
65fte in office, 3-4 fte in sales, 1 marketing
Role description:
Most business so far came from their own network, and relationships within Salesforce. Now shifting to outbound strategy.
Looking for someone that can help shape this. No structures for this yet, and due to acquisitions they’re in start/scale-up phase.
Looking for a self-starter, who is also able to do some cold outreach him/herself. Think: Events, marketing, referrals, outbound, get creative, etc. —> Great role for a pioneer. —> Mostly deals through networking etc.
€1.5m-€2mio yearly target
Average deals: 150K-300K
Must haves:
3-5 years closing experience in B2B SaaS/Tech sales (new business roles)
Able to generate your own pipeline
Hunter mindset - this is an evangelic role that requires a pioneering motion
Start-up savvy
Nice to haves:
More experience
Digital transformation experience (CRMs/UX/etc.)
