Location: Remote (Netherlands) with bi-weekly travel to GhentIndustry: IT Consultancy for Recruitment Technology
Role Highlights:
Lead a team of 5 Salesforce Consultants while managing flagship projects.
Act as the internal point of contact for commercial, development, and strategic decisions.
Drive Salesforce consultancy projects and contribute to organizational growth.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Salesforce consultancy.
Deep understanding of Salesforce implementation and delivery processes.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Nice-to-Haves:
Management experience or Salesforce Admin certifications.
Commercial background.
