Role Description:
Leading a team of 5-6 AEs (all SME-focused).
Coaching, guiding, and directly working with SDRs to enhance pipeline development.
Accurate forecasting and closing deals.
Ensuring AEs achieve team attainment targets.
Supporting AEs to maintain 2–3 web demos daily and focus on outbound pipeline from SDRs.
SDR do all outbound, AE's don't generate pipeline themselves
Deal size: €500K–€750K in Travel Volume (GMV).
Annual contract value (ACV): €15K per year, with typical 2-year contracts.
Sales cycle: ~60 days.
Average customer tenure: 10 years.
Pricing: Monthly fees plus transactional volume fees.
CAC payback: 1.5 years.
