Size and functions of local team: 35 employees; 4 teams incl. Product, Sales/Marketing, Product Specialists, HR Consultants (10 FTE)
Teamlead Responsibilities:
• Lead 9–10 HR consultants delivering services to clients (advisory, workshops, implementation)
• 70% leadership, 30% strategic client involvement (e.g. kick-offs, biannual exec evaluations)
• HR Consultants manage ~20 clients each and own upsell unless complex (then Sales involved)
• Focus on implementation success, increasing client urgency, and acting as a strategic HR partner
• Stakeholder management includes internal teamleads (4 total) and C-level at client organisations
• High seniority required due to team profile (avg. age 32, mix of junior and senior profiles)
• Role is backfilling current teamlead who is stepping down

Must haves:

• 2+ years team leadership experience

• Comfortable leading teams of 9–10 FTE
• Affinity with employee experience, learning, and HR digitalisation
Nice to haves:
• SaaS experience or affinity with HR tech tools
