130fte in Nederland. Growth (Marketing 3 + Sales 5) team is 8, growing to 11.
Role description:
Player-coach role (Meewerkend voorman)
Motivate team
Improve team (train/coach)
Improve processes
Currently 5fte in sales team. Lead by example role. 50% of time closing own deals/sales meetings. 50% of time coaching/motivating/processes.
You also have a teamtarget.
Growth perspective:
Better salary/bonusses etc.
More seniority in leadership role as they’re expanding: Partnerships, outbound? Etc.

Must haves:
Proven track record in coaching/managing a team (Could be player-coach role, or teamlead background or leadership)
3-5 years of Sales experience
Goal oriented yet structured
Nice to haves:
Affinity with the industry/product
SaaS experience
