1 Project Manager (UK Team)

~40 total in UK (TAMs, AMs, CSMs)

Sales Enablement support

Mix of remote and hybrid team members

Role Description:
This role is responsible for owning net-new revenue across Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts in the UKI region, with a strong emphasis on cold outbound prospecting. You’ll drive high-value opportunities through targeted outreach, clear sales narratives, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Collaboration with BDRs, Marketing, and ABM teams is crucial to delivering successful go-to-market campaigns, and you'll represent RTB House at key industry events. Post-sale, you'll work closely with AM and Technical teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term client success.
Support sales leadership with pipeline strategy, forecasting, and refining tools, processes, and campaigns to maintain revenue momentum.

Collaborate with BDR/SDRs and Marketing on outbound campaigns

Proven cold outbound playbook to hit targets

Strong New-Business / Hunter mindset

Comfort in start-up/scale-up environments

2–5 years SaaS Sales experience targeting digital-native UKI clients

Mature communicator with humility and accountability

Stable career history

Money-motivated, curious, driven

Nice to Haves:

Experience in Retail, Travel & Classifieds verticals

Background in performance marketing, programmatic buying, or RTB models

Knowledge of the UKI digital media ecosystem

Compensation:

£140K–£210K OTE (Double OTE, capped at 200%)
