Size and functions of local team: 35 people in total, 8 sales [1 SDR, 1 CSM, AEs 3 SaaS + 3 project sales]
Role description:
Fully transitioning from project sales to SaaS team.
80% focus on new business, 20% existing business.
Work with a sales engineer, supporting with demos and the tech.
Visit the Antwerp office once in a few months.
ACV: 25k ARR
Sales cycle: 3-6 months
Must haves:
At least of 3 year closing experience within SaaS
Intelligence, enthusiastic, drive & high-energy
Start-up savvy
Nice to haves:
Building, property, or construction industry experience
Experience with selling complex SaaS solutions
Based in Nordics, Germany, NL
Salary range: 50-70k base + commissie uncapped [max 100k OTE]
