Dennis began his software engineering career while still a student, working with diverse tech stacks such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Angular, and React. He later joined codecentric as a consultant and developed accreditation software for Mojo Concerts, utilizing a serverless architecture on GCP integrated with AWS services.
Following this, Dennis worked with various clients, focusing on Angular and Java on the AWS cloud platform. At Alphabet Lease, he led a team of 10 frontend engineers, made key architectural decisions including the introduction of a monorepo for frontend applications, and chaired weekly frontend meetings.
Pontus Koivisto

Pontus is the guy our clients go to for solutioning roles. He has a background in Sales Engineering and 6+ years in the SaaS industry, working for transformation platforms such as Howspace and within the data sector at Vainu. His focus has been on Large and Enterprise accounts, doing both pre- and post sales, collaborating with sales teams and CSM’s in technical account management and software implementations. He’s a bilingual Finn with Swedish roots and the undisputed (however self-proclaimed) pool champ of the office.

Michelle has been coding since 11 when her big brother introduced her to the world of Scratch. After completing her university degrees she had the opportunity to intern for a software engineering company where she found her passion reignited. She worked on the complete offering of a security guard monitoring device, from writing queues in firmware to centering tables on the frontend and creating big data pipelines with Azure Synapse. Throughout her journey, her favourite part was always the people aspect – how could a tech solution be designed with the final user in mind? This led her to creating training programs for clients that decreased engineering support load by over 60%.
After her move to the Netherlands, she joined a small startup as the only full time engineering member. She was mainly infrastructure and backend focused and was responsible for the majority of the company’s technical offerings as well as training of junior staff members. Michelle also took on some product management tasks and was directly involved in most decisions involving what to build to ensure the final goal was achievable. Her next challenge was at a Dutch e-commerce store which was one of the largest in their industry in the entire Benelux area. This taught her all about e-commerce from a technical side, such as optimising SEO and the complexities involved in live shipping updates. Now, as a recruiter, Michelle aims to connect with people to find them a job that they look forward to on a Sunday.
