Sales Development Representative (SDR) – German-speakingLocation: Berlin (Hybrid)
We’re hiring 3 outbound SDRs for a fast-growing e-commerce software company. You’ll be part of a coaching-focused sales team with a clear path into an AE role.
The role
Outbound SDR role generating new business pipeline
Targeting B2C brands (€3–40M GMV) in the DACH region
Speaking with C-level and senior decision makers (CEO, Head of E-commerce, Operations, Warehouse)
50–60 outbound calls per day plus smart research and outreach
Hybrid setup: 3–4 days per week in the Berlin office (more flexibility after ramp-up)
What you bring
1+ year experience in outbound SDR / new business sales (not limited to SaaS)
Fluent German and good English
Comfortable with high activity and the SDR “grind”
Hungry, driven, coachable, and keen to learn
Willing to stay in the SDR role for at least 12 months before stepping into AE
What’s on offer
Base salary: €50–55K
OTE: ~€70K, uncapped
Top performers earn €100K+
