Head of Sales | 2 Outbound AE’s | 4 SDR | | 1 RevOps Freelancer | 1 Sales Coach | Hiring 4 more AEs + 5-7 SDRs in ‘25
Role description SDR You'll be part of the first SDR outbound sales team
Generation for booking new business meetings and doing a short discovery in the booking call
Heavy on prospecting - cold calling and outbound emailing + sequencing
Working with Outreach and Salesforce
Leads from Clay and recycles inbound leads (14.000)
prepping clients before the Demo of the AE
Handing over deals to the Account Executives
KPIs: 18 held Demo’s per month - commission based
Conversion rate and closing rate also important
Performance; 120% / 95% / 100% in Q1 from 3 SDR’s
Sales cycle: <30 days
ACV: €2K ARR
ICP: SMBs in hospitality and healthcare (restaurants, dentists, clinics); Germany only (TAM: 500K businesses)

Ability and willingness to work remotely
Understanding of HR tech products / sold to HR stakeholders

Salary range & secondary benefits
base: 48K-50K EUR - up to 70K OTE (uncapped commission - with quarterly kickers, each 5% overperformance = 500 EUR on top)
