Enterprise BDR (DACH) – Berlin (Hybrid)A fast-growing international MarTech / CRM SaaS company is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative to support its Enterprise sales motion in the DACH market.
The role:
Own outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, account research)
Identify and qualify Enterprise accounts (1k+ employees)
Book high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives
Work closely with Sales & Marketing on target accounts
Requirements:
2+ years B2B SaaS sales or BDR experience
Fluent German & English
Experience or strong interest in MarTech / CRM / digital marketing
Structured, proactive, and comfortable with high-activity outbound
Package:
€65k OTE (base + variable)
Berlin-based, hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite)
