Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
50% Outbound (cold-calling, cold emailing, outreach sequences), 50% inbound role
You are responsible for generating meetings and pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
Focused specifically on large scale enterprise accounts in DACH (e.g. Daimler, DHL, PepsiCo)
Speaking primarily to senior personas (e.g. VP Compensation, CHRO, COO)
Also attending tradeshows to generate inbound leads
Prospecting across two products, Total compensation (40%) and pay equity (60%)
Total compensation deals → 100k-200k ARR ADS, up to 1mln
Pay equity deals → 20k-150k ARR
Growth Perspective:
Opportunity to grow into a closing position with a trackrecord of strong performance
Last high performing BDR moved into a management position
Must haves:
3 Months of sales adjacent experience (e.g. worked with a CRM previously)
Curious, intelligent, coachable
Sharp and very motivated person - can do attitude who can roll up their sleeves and get the work done
Nice to haves:
Familiar with Tech like Hubspot, Outreach, Salesloft
Actual sales development experience in a SaaS/Tech company (1-2 years)
Size and functions of local team:
6 AEs, 5 SDRs, Team Lead BDR, Head of DACH Sales
Salary range & secondary benefits:
45-60k Euro base + 20k bonus
Compensation structure - 150 euro per meeting set.
100 Euro if opportunity passes to stage one (discovery)
300 Euro if opportunity passes to stage two (demo)
2% of the subscription fee for first year if the deal closes (!!)
Last year average bonus was 24k.
Hiring Process
First HR Screen with HM (30 min to run through basic communication skills and role match)
Second interview with Sales Lead to run a German check and Sales skills
Third interview with HR, Culture and general check
