Size and functions of local team: ~25+ FTE (commercial, product, ops, founding team); lean sales org scaling from 2 AEs to 6–7 hires in the next 18 months
Role description
You’ll join as a Senior Account Executive, reporting directly to the Sales Leadership and Founders, focused on enterprise and mid-market sales in traditional industries (production, interior manufacturing, blue-collar sectors).
Verticals: Manufacturing, construction, production industries
Buyer Persona: Operations managers, factory heads, business owners (non-tech audiences)
Deal Sizes: €30K–€450K TCV
Deal Cycles:
MM: 3–6 months
ENT: 12+ months
Sales Model: Entirely account-based with no BDR layer — full-cycle sales
Territory: Netherlands and DACH
This is 100% outbound / self-sourced. AE is expected to do own prospecting (cold calls, email, in-person). AI tools available to support GTM.
Sales Methodology: Relationship-first, technical consultative selling. Think: hustle + strategic.

Must haves:
Native Dutch speaker
5+ years closing experience in SaaS or consultative selling
Proven outbound / cold acquisition track record
Experience with complex, technical sales and face-to-face selling
Valid driver’s licence (on the road, in person)
You thrive in founder-led, hands-on, no-safety-net environments
Nice to haves:
Background in manufacturing, construction, or blue-collar markets
French language skills
Previous experience building pipeline from scratch
Experience with AI sales tools and using CRM in sales ops
