Role description:
100% new business
They have 20 customers now, average deal is 40k ARR
Average sales cycle = 5 months
Still 50% growth forecased for this year
In 2026 revenue growth will go x3
Enterprise focus: financial industry (banks, insurances), pharma, health, corporate and public
ICP: companies with a governance / compliance team
For 2026 quota for the AE: 500k ARR
Must haves:
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the SaaS space, selling into the enterprise space
• Technical understanding
• Start-up excited, entrepeneurial
• Honest, energetic, humble, intrinsically motivated
Nice to haves:
• AI savvy, or goverance / compliance
• Dutch speaking, or any other additional language
Salary range: up to 70k base + 30k on target commission
