Account Executive | E-Commerce Finance | High-Velocity Closing Role

Close deals that actually matter to founders, and do it faster than almost anywhere else you'll work.

Our client gives e-commerce businesses the working capital they need to grow — funding stock, marketing, and cash flow gaps with short-term finance that moves at the speed of a real business. They've gone from $100M to $350M in annual turnover in 18 months, nearly tripled their team, and are just getting started. New products are hitting the market. The trajectory is real.

This isn't a slow-burn enterprise role. Deals close in two weeks. You're on the tools every day, building pipeline and running a sharp, punchy discovery process with founders who need capital now. You're paired 1:1 with a BDR. The business runs on monthly targets and the team runs together — literally. These people go to the same gym.

What you'll be doing:

Running a high-velocity book of e-commerce deals — D2C and wholesale brands, founders, and co-founders who need working capital to grow. Your BDR generates about half your pipeline; you're building the rest yourself. Conversations are commercial and fast: understand the growth plan, understand the cash flow cycle, reverse-engineer the right funding structure. Then close.

You'll be managing a live pipeline of 15–20 active deals at any given time and closing 4–7 per month. HubSpot is your best friend. Organisation isn't optional — this is a monthly run-rate business and the team knows exactly where every deal is, every week.

What good looks like here:

- 4–7 deals closed per month
- 16–20 meetings generated per month with your BDR
- You know your pipeline cold and can talk to every deal in it
- You're competitive — but the kind of competitive that makes the people around you better

What you'll bring:

- 1–2 years in a closing role in a fast-moving environment — fintech, HR tech, transactional SaaS, or similar
- You've worked in an outbound-heavy team and you're not afraid of building pipeline yourself
- Strong with numbers — this product is financial, and your clients are founders making real capital decisions
- High agency: you don't ask for permission to drive a deal forward

The package:

Base: $96,000 OTE: $156,000 (60/40 split)
60–80% of the current team are hitting target; best performers are at 120–130%
