WFH policy: 3 days office (when in Germany mainly remote)
Product: B2B Commerce platform
Size and functions of local team: Total 40 employees in Dubai, 4 people from the DACH team are situated in Dubai
Role description:
Full cycle closing role, focused on new business.
When in Germany - travel to Rotterdam once every 1/2 months (for 1-2 nights).
High perfoming team, they just redefined their teams calling them squads (multi disciplinairy)
You will be supported by a team that will prepare warm leads (highly focused and AI driven outreach), combining with own outreach.
ACV: 60k ARR
Sales cycle: 3-6 months
Must haves:
3 years of B2B sales minimum
Experience in value based selling
Someone who is a hunter, driven, internally motivated, coachable & reflective
Nice to haves:
NL based
SaaS sales experience
Worked in eCommerce
Salary range: 3+ years experience: 56k - 75k base + commission 17-22.5k
5+ years: 73k - 99.5k base + commission 22-29k
