**Size and functions of local team:**
- French sales team:
- 4 Account Managers (direct customers)
- 3 Account Executives (direct customers)
- 2 Key Account Managers (ISVs)
- International sales team: 3 covering DACH, Italy, and Spain, responsible for full-cycle sales.
- Support: ~20 BDRs/SDRs under marketing, pre-sales, customer success, product engineering.
**Role description:**
- **Vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles:**
- Target: SMB and mid-market with fast transactional sales cycles.
- Typical deal size: €2K ARR (€150 MRR average).
- Larger deals as well, mainly due to re-sellers and midmarket firms
- **Activities and focus:**
- Full-cycle sales: Prospecting, closing, hunting, and farming.
- Initial focus on hunting in a "white paper" region, transitioning to farming with success.
- Flexible verticals and personas; no strict focus, AE decides.
**Must haves:**
- 3+ years of SaaS closing experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales.
- Familiarity with SMB/mid-market targets and transactional sales.
- Paris-based.
- Strong English language skills and native German.
**Nice to haves:**
- French language skills.
- Experience opening new markets (e.g., country opener roles).
**Salary range & secondary benefits:**
- Total OTE: €100K–€140K
