Role description (AE):
• Market: Netherlands (expansion market)
• Buyer persona: Fleet Managers transitioning to Mobility Managers; HR, Procurement, Finance
• ICP: Mid-Market services companies with car fleets, white-collar workforce
• ADS: €10–20K ARR
• ASC: 2–3 months (goal to shorten to 1 month with inbound/PLG)
• Current clients: ~25 (with significant additional client base expected to migrate from legacy product)
• Target: €200–300K ARR year 1 (1–2 clients p/m), ~€500K ARR year 2 (3–5 clients p/m)
• 100% self-generated pipeline
• Full-cycle AE role: outbound sourcing → closing → handover to CS/onboarding
• No expansion sales, focus on new business
• Competitors: feature-based fleet/mobility solutions, ERP modules with basic fleet management

Salary range & secondary benefits:
• Up to €100K OTE (market benchmark) with 50/50 or 60/40 split
