Role description:
As Country Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the Belgian market. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on sales responsibilities with team leadership. You’ll drive revenue growth through new business and existing client upselling, while also managing and expanding the local sales team. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and contributing to process improvements and team culture. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to define strategy and grow market presence.
Must haves:
Proven track record in B2B sales (Think 5 years min)
Strong people management or team leadership skills (formal or informal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to haves:
Experience in SaaS or Financial/BI software sales
Background in Sales Operations or Customer Success leadership can also work
Affinity for process optimization and team building
Salary range & secondary benefits:
OTE ~€100K
Base salary up to €90K (Top range)
Company car and standard Belgian benefits
Hiring process:
3 rounds including intro, case presentation, and leadership/team fit interviews
