Role Description
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of post-sales partner accounts. This role drives expansion within existing partnerships, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance service utilization.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 growth-focused partner accounts
Drive expansion by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with AEs on upsell and cross-sell strategies (e.g., security services)
Maintain regular contact with partners to understand goals and ensure alignment
Conduct outbound engagement and quarterly business reviews
Identify qualified leads for Sales teams using MEDDIC/BANT frameworks
Support renewal processes and contribute to high CSAT/NPS outcomes
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years in account management or sales
Strong understanding of the MSP landscape and service offerings
Experience using MEDDIC/BANT methodologies and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to work independently, manage projects, and maintain partner relationships
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience with MSP-focused vendors
Background in post-sales growth and partner success roles
