The business operates at $85m ARR, on track to grow past $100m ARR next year, with B2B representing ~65% of total revenue. The organisation consistently performs above Rule of 40 benchmarks and continues to expand rapidly across EMEA.

Role Description

This position focuses on the UK Corporate segment, targeting organisations up to $5B in annual revenue. The role is balanced between new business and expansion (50/50) and benefits from significant inbound demand, a strong brand presence, and the support of a dedicated BDR team.

You will engage senior technical and business stakeholders, including CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Data Leaders and Transformation Teams, guiding them on how to scale data and AI literacy across their organisation.

Land deals typically fall between $30k–$60k ARR, with clear pathways to expand into $300k–$1m+ ARR. Sales cycles average 3–6 months, requiring structured process management, strong discovery, and consultative selling.

This role is best suited for a Mid-Market SaaS Account Executive experienced in high-volume, repeatable sales motions, comfortable working with technical stakeholders without requiring deep Data/ML expertise.

Target / KPI Expectations

• Annual quota: £900k ARR
• Land deals: $30k–$60k ARR
• Expansion: $300k–$1m+ ARR
• Sales cycle: 3–6 months

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and expansion.
• Qualify opportunities from a targeted account list aligned to strategic growth priorities.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across technical and business functions.
• Conduct value-led conversations focused on upskilling, data maturity and AI readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal resources (Solutions, Product, Legal, Finance) to support complex deals.
• Develop customised account plans reflecting customer needs, organisational structure and growth potential.
• Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and articulate clear business value.
• Expand adoption through strategic planning, partnership building and ongoing client engagement.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee onboarding for new and expanding clients.

Profile & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Mid-Market/Corporate SaaS Account Executive experience.
• Strong track record in high-volume, repeatable sales cycles.
• Comfortable selling to senior technical personas (CTO, Head of Engineering, Data Leaders).
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, create pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple sales cycles concurrently.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in continuous learning and skill development.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
