Role Description
As ABM Marketeer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering impactful campaigns tailored to high-priority accounts. You will leverage insights, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement, build brand affinity, and create measurable pipeline value.
Team Size & Collaboration
Team Size: 5-person marketing team
Key Collaboration: Sales, Demand Generation, and Content
Responsibilities
Create and execute targeted events, webinars, and account-based campaigns
Turn customer insights into compelling concepts, messaging, and content
Own project delivery end-to-end, from ideation to execution and distribution
Partner with Sales to drive campaign impact and post-event follow-up
Experiment with AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and content creation
Build scalable demand streams across key verticals and account segments
Requirements
Must-Haves:
2–3 years of B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience
Proven track record of running successful events, webinars, and campaigns
Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling abilities
Experience with HubSpot and website CMS tools
Detail-oriented and confident in independently managing projects
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of HR, L&D, or Education sectors
Experience hosting panels, interviews, or podcasts
Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form formats
