Product: Conversational AI platform
Size and functions of local team: 1 Swedish AE, 1 Dutch AE, 1 Dutch SDR becoming an AE, Head os Partnerships (Swedish), 2 Dutch SDRs and 1 German.
60 people in Oslo (Norway) and 15 in Sweden.
Role description: 90% new business, you will manage the new customers the year after they signed before handover to an AM.
Currently 8 customers (Youphone, Booking.com, Happy Socks).
ICP: eCommerce (40%), telco, hospitality, consumer services > consumer oriented brands. Going into banking & finance.
Persona: CTO, COO, Head of Support, Chief Digital Officer, Head of AI.
ACV: 60k ARR
Sales cycle: 6-8 months.
95% outbound, head of marketing is just hired and growing the inbound machine.
100% ownership of the AEs pipeline, 2/3 of the pipe gen is done by SDRs.
Sales methology: SPIN and MEDDICC.
Current quota: 300k ARR
Last year 5 out of 7 reached their targets, 2 out of them went over 1mio.
Must haves:
2-3 years minimum of full cycle SaaS sales experience
Character: coachability, curiosity, focused, intelligent, accountability
Challenger mindset
Nice to haves:
Experience with 50k+ deals and working with MEDDIC
Salary range: Up to 72k base, max 140 OTE
Kickers for multi year contracts and excellarators overachieving quota
