A rapidly scaling, mission-driven SaaS company in the financial crime and compliance intelligence space is hiring its first on-the-ground Account Executive in Australia. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the ANZ market for a globally expanding B2B platform tackling some of the world’s most critical challenges; from fraud and sanctions risk to complex financial crime.

The Opportunity:
As the first dedicated AE on the ground in Australia, you will:
* Own ANZ end-to-end, from pipeline creation to close
* Drive new customer acquisition while managing a small existing base
* Run full-cycle sales in a greenfield territory
* Sell directly into senior decision-makers across regulated industries
* Build outbound pipeline proactively and establish repeatable GTM motion
Role Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience
* Proven new business / hunting success in low-inbound environments
* Strong outbound pipeline discipline and process orientation
* Experience selling mid-complexity SaaS into mid-market organisations
* Confidence selling top-down to CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Compliance leaders
* The grit, autonomy, and ownership mindset to be a first hire
