Role description:
Hybrid role: 70% new business, 30% expansion (up/cross-selling within accounts)
Hunter mentality; outbound required but not outbound-heavy (“owning their pipeline” mindset)
Selling into SMB and mid-market
Target industries: public sector (strong outbound potential, digitalization focus), manufacturing, construction, finance, and banking
SDR team & DG/Marketing support for lead generation
Tools: Dealfront, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Sales cycle:
New business deals: 2 weeks - 2 months
Existing business/expansion deals: 1-6 months

Monthly quota:
Intermediate AE: €38K

Demos: 10-15 per week
Pipeline is currently weak in the German market
Needs someone who can independently build and manage their pipeline

Salary range & secondary benefits:
€100K-120K OTE (possibility for slightly higher for the right candidate)
50-50 split (60-40 possible)
